This is a weekly post. It's a chance for us to share with you what we at #SoundEngagement has been up to, showcase some of the events we’ve been doing, and (of course) show you all the amazing people we collaborate with!
9/14 North Dakota Dental Association President's Mixer
We had so much fun providing music, lighting and game show entertainment for the President's Mixer at the Delta by Marriott Fargo. It was hosted by both ND Dental Association and ND Dental Foundation and their theme was Oktoberfest. Some of the fun things they had were yummy Oktoberfest themed appetizers, Hammerschlagen , pretzel toss, a beer holding contest, Music Video Bingo (provided by us) and silent auction. They raised alot of money for the foundation and we had almost over 100 people play Music Video Bingo. Want to find out more about the ND Dental Foundation? We created a a customized digital timeline for the event and even had a moment to take a silly photo of us sporting the inflatable pretzels and beer mug.
9/15 CCRI Employee Appreciation Party
The next day we headed over to The Courtyard Fargo Moorhead in Moorhead, MN and Celebrated with CCRI (Creative Care Reaching for Independence). These amazing folks give so much of their time and heart toward caring for others. We were thrilled to be part of their employee appreciation night and celebrate their achievements. It was an evening of awards, a fiesta bar, some sweet raffle prizes, Music Video Bingo and a few rounds of our fun and fast paced trivia (over 200 people played). We cannot wait to help with their big fundraiser TableScapes in October.
9/16 Wedding Celebration with Live Music Production.
We collaborated with the crew at Harmon Entertainment and provided live music production for two famous and very talented musicians. The wedding couple aka The Ruckmans had the honor of having Lee England Jr. ("The Soul Violinist") and Tyler Hilton (Actor /Singer/Guitarist) play music for both their wedding ceremony and wedding reception at Venue 31 in Hawley, MN.
